Tradisyon started with two amazing chefs searching for Filipino food delivery one night, but is unable to find one. Chef Anton, creator of Mighty Bowl, the fast casual Asian bowl chain with over 3 branches in Manhattan, invited Chef Bianca, their now head chef, into a shared mission of promoting the country’s unique yet flavorful variety of cuisine in the states. With a team full of experienced chefs with amazing technical skills, and a passion for their country and food, Tradisyon NYC became a hit.

Their serve variety of favorite and known Filipino dishes such as:
Lechon Kawali, Roasted pork belly, Mang Tomas gravy sauce, atchara (pickles)
Pork Adobo, Pork belly braised in soy vinegar bayleaf, black pepper, eggs, scallions, crispy garlic
Kare kare, Stewed oxtail and brisket in rich peanut sauce, eggplant, green beans, bok choy served with optional shrimp paste or chili garlic
They also serve Barbeque Extras like Isaw, Chicken and Pork.
